We currently do not accept any physical returns as we try to reduce our environmental impact.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

All single opened sheet masks are final sale.

We take full responsibility for defective or damaged products, if you receive a damaged item please send us an email to help@momijius.com and include a photo of the product. We will give you a solution.
